Payments Products will all be purchased via PayPal. PayPal accounts are free; it is a quick and safe way to make online purchases. Most all major credit cards are accepted or you can pay directly from your bank account.
Shipping
Most of our tutus are custom made and usually ship out within two to three weeks via USPS. Delivery times might be longer if goods are not readily available. Delivery within 3 and no longer than 4 weeks is our goal, so we will contact you if your order is likely to be shipped later than that. If you need your item sooner for those special occasions, please contact us before placing your order. We do bill your credit card at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact your postal service with your tracking information first.
Because most of our products are custom made, no refund will be given for any item unless it is defective upon arrival or we make a mistake in processing your order. No warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item that has been used. Any requests for returns or exchanges can be made by simply emailing me. |
